At Tangled Branches, we’re committed to getting your dahlia tubers to you safely and on time. Below you’ll find details on our shipping and delivery options.

 Local Pick-Up & Delivery (Salmon Arm Area)

  • Pick-Up: Free at our farm. We’ll arrange a convenient time with you once your order is ready.

  • Local Delivery: Free delivery on all orders over $50 within the Salmon Arm area. Orders under $50 will have a $10 delivery fee.

Canada-Wide Shipping

We proudly ship dahlia tubers across Canada.

  • Flat-Rate Shipping: $20 CAD on all orders.

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on orders over $200 CAD.

  • Carriers: Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as Canada Post, Purolator, or UPS, depending on destination and best rates.

Order Processing & Timing

  • Shipping Season: Dahlia tubers are shipped in the spring (April–May) once weather conditions are safe for transport.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically packed and shipped within 5–7 business days once the shipping season begins.

  • Pre-Orders: If you place an order outside of shipping season, your tubers will be reserved and shipped at the appropriate time.

Weather Considerations

Since tubers are sensitive to freezing temperatures, we may delay shipping to ensure your order arrives in good condition. You’ll be notified if your shipment is held for weather-related reasons.

Tracking & Delivery

  • All shipped orders include tracking so you can follow your package’s journey.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
